*3.5 stars*Truth is, I dont really have that much to say about this book. Was it good? Yeah! But was it amazing? Out-of-the-roof wonderful? Erm, I wouldnt say that. The plot was fast, yes, and in this book, unlike the first one, the characters definitely were more developed, so in that regard it was great. Thirteen Little Blue Envelopes was one of the first books I read when I first "re-discovered" my love of YA during my graduate school years. I'd devoured most of Dessen's books and stumbled on 13LBE.
